Give Honest and Sincere Appreciation

So if we can’t criticize someone and we aren’t complaining about them, how do we start to get them to do things better?

We just appreciate them right?

Well this week’s guest Angeline Scroggs found out that just because you say you appreciate someone, doesn’t necessarily mean you do. And when that appreciation is not honest and sincere, it deflects attention from what you’re trying to accomplish.
