Be a Good Listener, Encourage others to talk about Themselves

Do you ever get the feeling the people you’re trying to communicate with just aren’t listening?

Chances are they feel the exact same way. When we take the time to listen to someone, and listen to understand not just respond, we may find that they are on the same page as us – maybe just a different paragraph.

This week’s guest is Richard Wolfe. A former Dale Carnegie graduate assistant who has seen incredible results since taking the Dale Carnegie Training course.
