What is your biggest worry from day to day? If you’re like me it’s typically one of two things:
- What did I do wrong yesterday that I need to fix?
- What am I going to have to do tomorrow if I get behind today!?
Both of these questions, Dale Carnegie says, produce unnecessary anxiety and worry in your life. Instead we should focus on today and make sure we maximize our experience and impact during any given day.
