Ever received too much appreciation from a boss or coworker? What about a family member?

Me neither.

People are quick to point out the 1% of the things we do incorrectly but what about that 99% that went off without a hitch? What if we went against the grain and we’re one of the few who truly appreciated people for who they are and the value they add to our organizations and lives?
