No. 19 Appeal to the Nobler Motives

Imagine someone who is noble. What types of things do they do? How do they carry themselves? How do people respond to them?

Dale Carnegie believed that deep down everyone has a desire to “do the right thing.” As leaders we can tap into that and help inspire people to be their best.

Think about it this way, too. What is the reason a person goes to work every day? Why do they spend time away from the people they love and things they’d rather be doing? That is another way to look at “Noble Motives.”

This week Richard Wolfe joins the podcast for some insights. Ashley Alexander fills in for Joey and the whole thing is a blast!

Enjoy!
