Count your Blessings, Not your Troubles

It’s easy to see our problems. They seem to be the only thing standing in the way between us and complete bliss.

But the thing about problems is that they are like playing a game of whack-a-mole. As soon as you solve one, more pop up. So instead of focusing on troubles, what if you shifted your focus and energy to the things that aren’t problems? What would that day look like?
