#116: Journaling for a Better Today

So many things happen to us on a daily basis, it would be impossible to remember it all. But when we start to journal we can pick up the highlights and remind ourselves of the important things that happened to us throughout the day.

Today Grant and Scott discuss the importance of journaling and how it can impact your mental health and general outlook on life; as well as some ways we can overcome the obstacles that keep us from putting pen to paper.
